Black & Gold 50th Reunion

Class of 1976, join us for Appalachian State University’s Black & Gold Reunion, July 8–11, 2026. While the weekend begins with light, optional programming on July 8 and 9, the main celebration gets underway Friday and Saturday with campus activities, opportunities to reconnect and plenty of Mountaineer spirit. Attend the events that fit your schedule — you’re welcome for the full weekend or just the highlights. We’ll close out the reunion with a special luncheon and Medallion Ceremony honoring the Class of 1976 as they are inducted into the Black & Gold Society. It’s a milestone moment you won’t want to miss. This event is open to members of the class of 1976 and their families, and all other graduates who have surpassed their 50th class reunion! Registration is required.
