Spruce Pine Potters Market

The Spruce Pine Potters Market is an annual show organized by artists who live and work in the two-county area surrounding Spruce Pine. The region’s rich craft history—and the presence of Penland—has helped make this corner of western North Carolina home to an extraordinary community of ceramic artists. While the market is independently organized and is not a Penland event, many of the participating potters have long and deep connections to the school.
